| MISSION STATEMENT The Solera Oak Valley Greens Association is responsible for ownership, repair, maintenance, and management of the Common Areas and Common Facilities within the Solera Oak Valley Greens common interest development. The Association is dedicated to providing management that enhances Solera Oak Valley Greens as a Del Webb Community and preserves and promotes increased property values by: (a) maintaining the Common Areas and Common Facilities to a high standard, (b) enhancing the recreational, health, safety, social and leisure interests of the Association’s Members, (c) promoting the use and enjoyment of the Common Areas and Common Facilities by Members, and (d) enforcing the Governing Documents of the Association. |
