Anyone wishing to address the Board of Directors on any matter pertaining to Association business may do so at this time. Each speaker will be allowed a maximum of three (3) minutes to address the Board. Sharing or passing time to another speaker is not permitted.

V. NEW BUSINESS

Review & Discussion of Draft Operating Budget for Fiscal Year June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011.

VI. ADJOURNMENT - The next regular Open Session of the Board of Directors will be held on March 17, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in the Oakmont Clubhouse.
