OPEN SESSION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors meets regularly in Open Session so that the Board may conduct the business of the Association. Members (Property Owners) of the Association are encouraged to attend the Open Session Board meetings to observe the proceedings.

During the Open Forum portion of each meeting, the Board President will invite comments from the Members. Comments may relate to Association business or to an agenda item.

Members wishing to speak shall approach the podium, wait his or her turn to speak, and then state their name and property address.

• Three minutes will be allowed for each Member to speak.

• Comments must be addressed directly to the Board, and not to other Members in attendance.

• Each Member may address a particular subject or agenda item one time only.

• Personal attacks against the Board, staff, or other Members in attendance will not be tolerated.

The Board appreciates your courtesy and observance of these guidelines, and encourages everyone to get involved.
